My temp was 102 last night, EVERYTHING hurts. Boy do I wish I gotten the flu vaccine...
Trust me, if you haven’t gotten it yet, get the flu vaccine.

I got the flu vaccine and still managed to get the same thing as you. I was down for the count on Friday, but the bright side is it only lasts about 24 hours. Woke up feeling much better on Saturday.

I actually got to deal with this nasty crap. Okay, here is some advice:
- Vitamins C and D... lots of them
- Lots of water
- If you can eat, try oranges and apples
- Boil water in a pot. Remove from stove and grab a towel. Using tea tree oil and a dropper, add one to two drops of oil into the water. Cover pot with towel and cover your underneath of the towel. Breathe tea tree oil fumes in. Fumes dissipate after 20 seconds, so repeat the one or two drops for about 10 to 15 minutes. This helps break up mucus and open sinus passageways while adding antioxidants to your system.
- Green tea and unfiltered honey gathered from bees from local to you farmers. Added benefit: immunity to allergens in springtime and autumn.

When Iheartmy... says drink lots of water, I think that means like 2 gallons in 24 hours.
Mike Jaco used to be part of a seal team (4 I think) and he once said that the medics used to tell everyone that came to them sick to do that and then come back afterwards if they were still sick. Worked 95% of the time, apparently.
I also understand that can be hard to do when you feel like crap. Good luck.
